Update your bookmarks! The Game Complaint Department is now Maximum Utmost! The uppest of the up! The top of the toppermost! Twice as sassy! Twice as better! It’s twice!

You don’t actually have to update your bookmarks. The old domain just redirects here.

What does that mean? Nothing. The site is brighter, but it has a dark mode if you hate fun. I decided that if I love the ’90s so much, why don’t I just marry them? So I did. This is a big fat wedding band on everyone’s favourite decade.

That’s all I really had to say, so I’ll be free-balling it from here. I give the reason for the change in our updated FAQ, but to repeat it here: I don’t want to scare off publishers/developers/PR people who I may want to try talking to. I spoke to a few of said folks and asked if an email from a place called Game Complaint Department would make them think it’s spam or from someone who was going to make fun of them. Even the folks who thought it was a great name for a site said that, yeah, it give them hesitation.

I don’t want them to feel hesitation. So, I went back to an antiquated phrase I love and have used for various purposes throughout the years. I wanted something positive, exciting, but nothing too serious.

Some things are still under development, so you might notice additional changes in the months to come. Nonetheless, welcome to the Maximum Utmost.
