Currently Playing – 28 – BlazBlue Entropy Effect X with Elsa
This month, Elsa Returns. We’re talking hot dogs and anime titties on Currently Playing where Elsa points out some of the absurd character designs and recounts some of the lore of the BlazBlue series where she’s been focusing on the latest spin-off in the franchse, BlazBlue Entropy Effect X. From its humble beginnings as a roguelite action phone game to it’s X-panded console port, Entropy Effect’s gameplay has gotten its teeth into Elsa despite their strange choices for character design and writing. Can a jacket and t-shirt contain impossibly large breasts? Listen and find out!

Daniel is a podcast producer and musician who spends way too much time in the edit to make audio sound as good as possible. He’s cutting the “umms” and “uhhhs” and replacing them with cartoon sound effects. His taste in video games is often extremely specific, and he’s recently learned that a lot of his opinions about video games are bad and wrong, but that won’t stop him from having them. His music was featured in Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons. He's been producing podcasts since 2021.
