While the show usually focuses on film and TV adaptations, occasionally books are discussed. The show is often irreverent but never aims for a mean-spirited take. Deep in the Pegasus Galaxy is a machine that plays this podcast and it affects what we say in real life. We’re covering Season 3, Episode 15 of Stargate Atlantis, an episode in which the characters discover a ‘game’ similar to Civilization or Europa Universalis that lets players guide a group of people through scientific advancements or combat…only to find out that their ‘game’ is affecting real people.
