Currently Playing – 29 – Return of the Obra Dinn with Euan
Returning guest Euan from the Spin-Off Doctors Spin-Off Podcast stops by Currently Playing this month to talk about the games Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire and Return of the Obra Dinn. While we briefly touch on the isometric role playing game Pillars of Eternity, the bulk of the show is spent with the Obra Dinn and it’s monochromatic mystery. Later we spend about 20 minutes gabbing about Star Trek with some minor spoilers for the middle of season 1 of Star Trek: Starfleet Academy.

Daniel is a podcast producer and musician who spends way too much time in the edit to make audio sound as good as possible. He’s cutting the “umms” and “uhhhs” and replacing them with cartoon sound effects. His taste in video games is often extremely specific, and he’s recently learned that a lot of his opinions about video games are bad and wrong, but that won’t stop him from having them. His music was featured in Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons. He's been producing podcasts since 2021.
