Review – Resident Evil 7: Biohazard
I stopped following the Resident Evil series after the disappointment that was Resident Evil 5. I didn't stop caring, though, so I was happy to see it return to horror. And Resident Evil 7 is a good time, just, you know, barring a few problems I had with it.

Review – The Manga Works
I like to consider myself a writer. Sometimes. Not a manga writer, but I craft stories. Not right now, this... this is just conversational writing. But I still stay perched in front of my craft for unhealthy amounts of time each day, just like what is conveyed in The Manga Works.

Review – Metal Max 2 Reloaded
I am so hot for the Metal Max series. Mmm, that is one enticing progression of games. But, like, none of them have been localized. So, in the face of an unfair, uncaring world, I've had to turn to the depraved world of fan translations for Metal Max 2 Reloaded.

Review – Wolfenstein: The Old Blood
Nazis are easily some of the most fun-to-kill bad guys in video games. This goes back well before Wolfenstein 3D, but the series has really run with it. Wolfenstein: The Old Blood is a step back from the tech Nazis of The New Order but feels weirdly fresh.

Review – Mutant Football League
Football is the dumbest of sports. Now that I have your attention, I don't really like football. I've tried. But even the blitziest of Blitzes didn't grab my goat horns. As it turns out, there is a way to get me to play football. Mutant Football League taught me.

Review – La-Mulana
Completing La-Mulana without a guide is a feat of strength. That's probably why I couldn't do it. After an unsuccessful run some years ago, I tried again on another console and with a begrudged willingness to get outside help. It went a lot better this time.

Dating Adzuken – Amber’s Magic Shop
The technical difference between an actual dating sim and a romantic visual novel largely just comes down to stats. In a dating sim, you build up stats and go through a progressive calendar. Amber's Magic Shop is a dating sim, but rather than just straight stats, it has a much more interesting approach.

Dating Adzuken – Seduce Me
Have you heard of Diabolik Lovers? Don't look it up. Anyway, Seduce Me is like that but a mansion full of Incubi. It's also substantially less sexy. Like, it has sexual themes, but it's negatively arousing. I tried my best here, but I'm not sure any of us are going home with a boner.

Dating Adzuken – Pub Encounter
Taking a diversion from the normal schoolday dating sims, it's time to look at a romantic visual novel with real men. By which I mean, anime men that are old enough to legally drink. I don't know if maturity is what I'm looking for, because goodness knows I'm lacking in that department.

Review – River City Girls
I like River City Ransom. I'm a girl. Get me on that bus. While River City Girls doesn't adopt the log-arms of the Nekketsu/Kunio-Kun/Downtown/River City series, it does have a significant amount of colour and charm to make up for it. I'm just of the opinion that it doesn't play quite as well.
